Built with 30 x 30 profile skeleton with electrostatic paint coating and shelf-free adjustment and
alignment bases on the lower part and outer stainless steel body
Fluid microbiology hood has the following equipment and requirements:
1-mm stainless steel 304mm-thick anti-acid coating in formable, removable and removable trays (for washing and sterilization).
2 - Overall large tub under the above trays with special slope (for ease of air passage) and
washable and sterile from stainless steel sheet 304 where one-row trays are placed.
3. Pre-filters (pre-filters) to absorb particles, before HEPA filters.
4- HEPA filters with the 99.99% absorption capacity of micro-organisms throughout the roof with sterile net lid for a sterile interchangeable hood. (122 x 61 x 15 cm)
5- In the lower and upper glass with balanced and non-stop weights in each location.
6- Has a UV lamp UV lamps to help sterilize the hood's interior secretly without contact with
personnel.
7. Radial blower and a sucker for air circulation and passage of polluted air through HEPA filters and sterilization of the hood with a power of about CFM 900.
8 - The LED light fits the cutout and slow keys for different commands.
9- Working hours to control the useful operation of the machine (obviously this clock will fail when the hood is turned off).
10- Full sealing of the hood and disconnection of the sterile part with contaminated outside space by external materials.
11. Equipped with an electronic shield for timely disconnection against power fluctuations.
12. and other requirements for an electrical outlet, indoor air circulation, and air circulation, signal lights for controlling the electrical circuits, fuses for controlling the consumable input power and other requirements. The overall dimensions of the microbiology hood are 124*70*220 cm (upper 140 and lower 80 cm).
